Nick not only brought his impressive track record to Compass but his market expertise as well. This native New Yorker, born and bred on the Upper West Side, and educated on the Upper East Side, possesses firsthand insight into the city that fuels his effectiveness as a real estate agent.
Before his real estate career, Nick worked at the United Nations Department of Political Affairs. As a child chess prodigy, he was the United States National, New York State, and New York City chess champion at only eight years old. Nick is a graduate of Hunter Elementary and High Schools, Wesleyan University (BA), University College London (Philosophy), and Rutgers University School of Law (JD). Nick enjoys traveling, hiking, and great food with his wife Caroline, son Reid, and Golden Retriever Daisy.
Nick is licensed as Nickolai Kipp Parker with the New York Department of State as a Real Estate Salesperson and is a Certified Negotiation Expert accredited by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. He is also a Member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
